There's a food truck here called Mom's Grilled Cheese... sadly it's anything but. Fancy ass $8-10 grilled cheese loaded with junk. They serve it in a fucking paper CONE with chips under the sandwich so the chips get soggy, and you can't get to them until you've already eaten the sandwich. Fools. I want this ghetto $1 grilled cheeser

I've always wanted to open an old school diner. Call it '50's Food or something similar and feature dishes like grilled cheese sandwiches, meatloaf, mac n cheese. Nothing healthy, just ol fashioned comfort food with lots of fat and grease :yumyum:
