A South Toledo man is accused of breaking into his neighbor’s home and rubbing her feet while she slept, according to documents filed in Toledo Municipal Court.

Tito R. Cunningham, 38, whose listed address is in the 900 block of Western Avenue, is charged with burglary, a second-degree felony.

The victim, who lives in the 600 block of Durango Drive in South Toledo, told police she was asleep in her bed when she woke up to Mr. Cunningham caressing her feet, according to an affidavit filed in Toledo Municipal Court.

The victim said she accidentally left her back door unlocked and Mr. Cunningham told police he went into the residence looking for cigarettes. He also admitted he took some cigarettes from the victim’s pack, according to court documents.

Mr. Cunningham was arrested early Tuesday and he was booked in the Lucas County jail.

He appeared in Toledo Municipal Court Tuesday, where bond was set at $50,000.

How about: a hat'h is a unit of length in India equal to 24 angli (approximately 18 inches) or 2 hat'h to a gaz (approximately 1 yard).

If you have to refer back to US units to get the measurements right, then you're still using US units.

Saying he likes to rub her one third of a meter just doesn't have the right ring to it.
