We are a thoughtful crew who cares about the future. We should share sage life advice for future generations.

I'll start...

Position the new stick of butter on the butter dish carefully and precisely. Once it softens it's very difficult to recenter it.

Who's next?

Watch out where the huskies go and don't you eat that yellow snow. - Frank Zappa

Don't be like me and wait 19 years to replace your tank water heater - tears of rust were coming down from the top of it.

It slowly disintegrates, if you're lucky, after 10 years and will give you less and less service, leaving you to wonder why the dishwasher isn't cleaning as well as it used to.

Oh, and wear sunscreen.

Smoke, drink, laugh, cry, fight and party. It's all downhill anyway.

Not my quote, but quoting a female on Reddit.

"Keep his belly full and his balls empty"

Edit: Reminds me of the simplicity of men.

Feed us.
Fuck us.
Don't bug us.

Unless you really suck at it, then get a well-paying job, 'cause you're gonna be eating out often.

Just because something is 'old school' or 'retro' don't dismiss it out of hand. Sometimes the older things still are better/do a better job than something 'new and improved'.

Instead of worrying about what the world thinks of you, worry about what the person in the mirror thinks.

Guilt, regret and remorse are for life.

Guilt, regret and remorse are for life.

I always loved this Eleanor Roosevelt quote: “You wouldn't worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do."
