Noel told Dave Grohl he can "suck his f***ing d**k" anytime he likes

Noel Gallagher , 54, hasn't taken kindly to Dave Grohl's big plans to reunite Oasis.

The Foo Fighters frontman used their headline slot at Reading Festival as an opportunity to tell the audience they're "trying" to reunite the feuding brothers for a festival appearance.

The musician stated: "One of these days we'll get Oasis back.''

"'How many people wanna see Oasis f***ing play a show?''

After loud cheers from the animated audience, drummer Taylor Hawkins, an avid Oasis fan, declared: ''It'll happen.''

However, Noel has since addressed Dave's grand reunion plans during his gig in San Diego, California.

Speaking to the crowd, he said: "So you’re going to sign the petition?

Liam labelled Noel "a massive c***" on Twitter

"If the f**king drummer from Nivarna wants to get Oasis back together he can come up onstage and suck my f**king d**k anytime he likes.

"I hereby start a petition to break up the Foo Fighters."

He added: "Anyone free can f**king sign it."

Oasis, who penned multiple iconic Britpop songs, famously split in 2009 when Noel stormed off before their set at Rock en Seine, Paris, following a heated backstage row with his brother Liam Gallagher.

Noel's petition to break up the Foo Fighters comes days after his younger brother labelled him a "massive c***" during an expletive-laden tweet.

Writing to his 3.1million followers, he put: "Oasis the musical 5 lads from Manchester start a band and take on the world the little one who writes the songs turns into a massive c*** sacks everyone except his little brother as he ain’t got the arse splits up the band. There’s a story line for ya THE END LG x."

I guess I've never understood why so many people think that Oasis was this 'super amazing great band' and thinks they're one of the greatest of all time. They had a couple of songs that I thought were okay but they don't do anything for me really and they are hardly in the group of 'greatest bands of all time' like lots of people think.

Their songs were all basic as fuck. I actually learned guitar playing their music, which shows just how simplistic they were. The two brothers are both egotistical wankers too......

I remember when Oasis said they were bigger than the Beatles. Both Noel and Liam are often contrary and negative no matter what kind of statement is made about them. Twats.

I was at their Vancouver concert when they famously walked off after a few songs. They were eventually laughed at because they started saying to their audience "stop that! We're not fookin munkays" after 1 idiot threw a shoe on the stage. They played their first 2 songs OK - the shoe comes at them, Liam fingers the audience - a chorus of boos - then they really rushed "Cigarettes and Alcohol" and the audience gave just lukewarm applause. As they walked off, the audience started chanting "We want Blur!"

Vancouver audiences can be tough if you give it a half-assed effort- ask Guns 'n Roses.

This guy can clean my tant with his tongue

In total, Oasis has 58,7 million equivalent album sales

Nirvana alone has done over 75 million and Foo Fighters around 24 and lets not forget Queens of the Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, Tenacious D, Probot and all the other albums or bands Dave has played on/with.

So lets look at the REAL numbers

Noel is worth around $60 million dollars

Liam's is net worth of $7.5 million but at one point, Liam's net worth peaked at $50 million.

That 110 million total

Dave alone is worth $280 million dollars, over double than both brothers combine!

So in conclusion both Gallaghers can suck a big hairy dirty donkey dick and like it!

:hand: Net worth and album sales mean nothing today in terms of talent. I could list a few rap groups and pop-shitty acts like Taylor Swift who set records as well.

And quite honestly, I thought Nirvana was a bit on the overrated side :dunno:

I agree but are you saying Dave isn't talented? After Nirvana he played for Tom Petty and was asked to join the Heart Breakers but turned it down to do Foo Fighters. The guy has played with Paul McCartney, Stevie Nicks, Lemmy, Slash, David Bowie, The Bangles, Garbage, Nine Inch Nails, Juliette and the Licks, The Prodigy, Zac Brown Band, Rush and Puff Daddy. The guy is a living legend, inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame in 2014, is a top notch drummer, great font man and even a pretty solid guitar player.

No, not at all. I'm saying using the metric of sales to judge talent isn't accurate.

I look at the body of work, the variety of music and how the music affects the world in general.

eg some rapper or hip hop guy just eclipsed an album sales figure and/or the amount of weeks on the top 30 lists. He's so good I can't recall his name right now

Point being I think Grohl is totally talented as evidenced by his longevity, the amount of people he's played with and his musical catalog

I mean Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova are enjoyable songs but I'll never consider Oasis one of the greats because they couldn't even survive a decade (and had the world by the balls).
