A former Disney star has claimed she earns more money making blue movies than she ever did as a mainstream actress.
Maitland Ward, 42, cast member of hit series Boy Meets World, has also been nominated for two awards since entering the adult entertainment industry.
She received nominations for the best three-way sex scene and best-supporting actress at the Adult Video News Awards - the equivalent of the Academy Awards but for porn.
Ms Ward says she has no regrets about leaving mainstream productions for the adult businesses and laughs off suggestions she didn't have the talent to make it in the TV industry.
“When people say, ‘She had to turn to porn,’ I laugh, because this is a good thing and I’m making more now,” she told the Daily Beast on Monday.
“If you talked to my younger, more virginal soap-opera self, I never would have seen this coming out of me," she added.
Ward, who played Rachel McGuire in the 1993 sitcom, said that her team was not initially supportive when she first began posting racy snaps to Instagram in.
After “Boy Meets World” ended in 2000, she booked some parts in Hollywood before moving on to study theater and screenwriting in New York and Los Angeles.

But more than 10 years later, the red head says she got her big break after at a comic convention where she dressed up cosplay.
“I had a publicist who was like, ‘Stop putting up sexy pictures. They will not hire you for anything if you do that. Once you get past 30, 35, they don’t hire you for doing sexy stuff," Ward continued.
"You should be auditioning to play Disney moms,’” “He thought he was giving me good advice, but it just wasn’t my thing. I was typecast.
"I was seen as a wholesome comedy star, and I was trying to fight against that. I didn’t want to play a Disney mom.”

But it wasn't long before Ward's army of Instagram fans were calling for more steamy shots, so she began selling nudes online - including through her OnlyFans account and content service Patreon.
Ex-Disney actress Ward claims she makes as much as five figures a month on OnlyFans alone, raking in $62,000 (£46,708.78) during her best month in 2018.
“For 2018, I was the No. 1 adult-content creator for Patreon,” she says, “and it put the power back in my hands. Studios wouldn’t give me that.”
Aside from the cash, Ward insists she's glad to still have her “Boy Meets World” fans.
“They say, I’ve been masturbating to you all these years. And you know, that’s a feat that I will be proud of.”
