MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police say 37-year-old Christopher Minnier contacted two juveniles through social media and asked them to send him pictures of their bare feet for sexual gratification.
The incidents happened between Sept. 9 and Oct. 2 of this year, according to investigators.
Police said Minnier met both juveniles at Manheim Township Community Park so he could buy their worn socks.
Police said Minnier also contacted a third juvenile and requested a photograph "below the shoulders, but above the knees." And police said he wanted to buy the third juvenile's worn socks, but was refused.
Police said Minnier was aware that all three juveniles were under the age of 18.
Minnier is charged with three counts of corruption of minors.
