37-year-old Janett Domagala was charged with public indecency and public intoxication after defecating in a parking lot while stumbling down Dickerson Pike.
On February 24th, a motorist called in to report a female subject walking down a lane of travel on Dickerson Pike. Police began patrolling the area and located a woman walking down the right side lane of Dickerson Pike near Donald Street matching the description. Police then witnessed the woman exit the roadway and walk into a business lot. While in the lot, she dropped her pants to expose her “buttocks and vaginal area” and began to defecate on the pavement.
She then pulled up her pants, walked back to the road, and began walking down the middle of the southbound lanes of Dickerson Pike. Upon making contact with the female subject, later identified as Janett Domagala, officers noted that she was unsteady on her feet, had slurred speech, and smelled of alcohol. Janett stated that she did not use drugs and was only drinking beer.
Janett Domagala was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication. She was later freed on pre-trial release.
