A Facebook group is forming to break the "Tiger King" out of the federal prison in Fort Worth.
The presumably tongue-in-cheek effort is on behalf of Joseph Schreibvogel, the real name of the documentary subject Joe Exotic, a former zoo operator and convicted felon whose story has been fascinating TV viewers looking for something to watch during the past month of shelter-in-place orders.
Schreibvogel is locked up at the Federal Medical Center Fort Worth, a prison hospital for felons with special medical and mental health needs.
As of yesterday, 16,000 people had signed up for a May 14th Facebook event called "Break Joe Exotic Out Of Jail (They Can't Stop Us All)
