“The Masked Singer” host Nick Cannon lit up the internet this past weekend when he said that white people are inferior to black people due to the lack of melanin in their skin.

Speaking on an episode of “Cannon’s Class,” the television host argued that “melanated people” have a natural sense of compassion and soul that white people lack, creating jealousy and fear that causes them to act out in evil ways.

“When we talk about the power of melanated people,” he said on the program. “Melanin is so powerful, connects us in a way, that the reason why they fear blacks is because of the lack that they have of it.”

Cannon argued that this lack of pigment in their skin leads white people to fear genetic annihilation.

“When you see a person that has a lack of pigment, a lack of melanin, they fear that they will be annihilated,” he said. “So, therefore, however they got the power, they had a lack of compassion. Melanin comes with compassion, melanin comes with soul. We call it soul. You know soul brothers and sisters. That’s the melanin that connects us. So the people that don’t have it, and I’m going to say this carefully, are a little less.”

Essentially, according to Cannon, melanin equates to having the power of the sun. Given that white people’s skin negatively reacts to the sun, they brutalize other people out of a deficiency.

“They didn’t have the power of the sun, the sun then started to deteriorate their skin, so then they’re acting out of fear, they’re acting out of low self-esteem, they’re acting out of a deficiency,” he said. “So, therefore, the only way that they can act is evil. They have to rob, steal, rape, kill in order to survive.”

Cannon even went as far as to compare white people with animals and barbarians, referring to them as the “true savages.”

“They had to be savages, they had to be barbaric, because they’re in these Nordic mountains, they’re in these rough environments, so they’re acting as animals,” he said. “So they are the ones that are actually closer to animals, they are the ones that are actually the true savages.”

Cannon made these comments to former Public Enemy member Richard “Professor Griff” Griffin, “who was kicked out of the rap group in 1989 for making anti-Semitic comments during an interview with the Washington Post where he was quoted as saying Jews were responsible ‘for the majority of wickedness that goes on across the globe,'” according to Fast Company.

Amid mounting backlash, Cannon addressed the controversy on Tuesday and refused to apologize while inviting people to come on the show and debate him.

“There’s no malice or negative intent, but in a time like 2020 we got to have these conversations,” said Cannon. “And if there’s an assumption that is perceived as ignorant, let’s debunk it right away.”

“My podcast is specifically an academic podcast to have tough and difficult conversations based off of text. And if we read something and something’s not accurate, let’s do away with it,” he continued. “I can’t wait to sit down with some people that can help educate me and help further this conversation. I want to be corrected.”

Interesting theory, and I'd love to hear some evidence.

I always thought it was because of adaptation to harsher, colder climates :-k

Charlamagne tha God: Nick Cannon Firing Proves Jews ‘Have the Power’

Charlamagne tha God, the host of The Breakfast Club on New York’s Power 105.1 FM, said Wednesday that ViacomCBS’s decision to fire entertainer Nick Cannon for antisemitic and anti-white statements proved that “Jewish people … have the power.”

Cannon was fired Tuesday for supporting conspiracy theories of Jewish control on a podcast recorded last year, but aired two weeks ago, with former Public Enemy member Richard “Professor Griff” Griffith.

Among other media projects for other networks, Cannon “produced ‘Wild ’n Out,’ a comedy improv series for VH1, a ViacomCBS-owned cable channel,” CBS noted.

The Associated Press reported:

In Cannon’s hour-plus podcast, he and Griffin contend that Black people are the true Hebrews and that Jews have usurped their identity.

Cannon then segues into a discussion of skin color — “And I’m going to say this carefully,” he begins — to allege that people who lack sufficient melanin are “a little less.”

Those without dark skin have a “deficiency” that historically forced them to act out of fear and commit acts of violence to survive, he said.

“They had to be savages,” Cannon said, adding that he was referring to “Jewish people, white people, Europeans,” among others.

Cannon also praised Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, whose racist, antisemitic, and homophobic views are well-known.

Reacting to the news, Charlamagne said, “We all have freedom of speech, but we’re not free of the consequences of that speech.”

Charlamagne supported Cannon’s criticism of white people, saying that white people have a “history of mass racial violence in this country.”

However, he said that Cannon should have been careful to discuss his views about Jews with a Jewish scholar, who might have been able to correct any mistakes on the spot.

He also argued that each group is able to decide for itself what speech is offensive.

But Charlamagne also added that Cannon’s firing proved that Jews do, in fact, have “the power.”

“That’s what you can do when you have the power. … Listen, Nick is my guy. I hate it had to be him, but that’s what you can do when you have the power. And if there’s one thing Jewish people have showed us, it’s they have the power.”

He continued, “I can’t wait until the day black people are able to fire people for saying thing about us that we deem racist. We can barely get cops fired for actually killing us!”

Co-host Angela Yee opined that there seemed to be a double standard, because Mel Gibson had continued working in Hollywood despite a record of antisemitic comments.

“He got his ass whipped, too, though,” Charlamagne observed. He added that Cannon also had other jobs.

Charlamagne tha God, the stage name of Lenard Larry McKelvey, has become one of the most influential radio hosts in the black community.

He recently participated in a conversation on race with Rush Limbaugh, and interviewed presumed Democrat Party presidential nominee Joe Biden earlier this year, when Biden declared, “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”

Actor Terry Crews essentially gave the world a big “I told ya so” on Wednesday after he was lambasted by the Left, including CNN host Don Lemon, for challenging their racial narrative and warning Black Lives Matter activists against slipping into “black supremacy” ideology.

The former NFL player used his own words to caption a video of entrainer Nick Cannon spewing anti-white rhetoric, which Crews said was rooted in the kind of ideology he warned against.

“We have to include this white voice, this Hispanic voice, this Asian voice. We have to include it RIGHT NOW, because if we don’t […] it’s going to slip into something we are really not prepared for,” Crews posted, quoting himself. “Terry Crews ‘THE TALK interview’ June 16th, 2020,'” he added.

During a “Cannon’s Class” podcast that hit the internet this week, the 39-year-old former Nickelodeon star said whites are inferior to blacks, adding that white people are “savages,” the “only way that they can act is evil,” and they “have to rob, steal, rape, kill … in order to survive.”

“Melanin comes with compassion, melanin comes with soul,” Cannon said. “We call it soul. Soul brothers and sisters. That’s the melanin that connects us. So the people that don’t have it, and I’m going to say this carefully, are a little less.”

In reaction to Crews’ pointed tweet, one Twitter user told the actor “no black person” will have his back: “You going so hard against Nick Cannon, but when you fall, NO BLACK PERSON will have your back. Watch.”

“When I was young, I was never afraid of the KKK,” Crews responded. “It was people like you. The threats, the intimidation, discouraging free thought, and ‘the insult of acting white.’ My heart breaks because your behavior only reveals you don’t know how powerful you are.”

Crews has repeatedly criticized the far-left Black Lives Matter organization (which, as Crews noted, advocates for a host of left-wing causes, such as radical gender ideology and disruption of the nuclear family), mainly warning against anti-white ideology.

“Defeating White supremacy without White people creates Black supremacy,” Crews tweeted last month. “Equality is the truth. Like it or not, we are all in this together.”

The actor was swarmed with backlash from the Left over the warning.

In response, Crews posted, “I was not saying Black supremacy exists because it doesn’t. I am saying if both Black and Whites don’t continue to work together – bad attitudes and resentments can create a dangerous self-righteousness. That’s all.”

During his appearance on daytime talkshow “The Talk,” Crews reiterated his tweets and noted that he’s been shamed and called racist names like “Uncle Tom” for challenging the Left’s narrative on race as a black man.

“I’ve been called all kinds of things, like an Uncle Tom,” he said. “Simply because I’m successful, simply because I worked my way out of Flint, Michigan.”

Things really heated up when Crews appeared on CNN with host Don Lemon.

As noted by The Daily Wire, “Lemon repeatedly cut off actor Terry Crews during an interview on Monday as Crews tried to talk about the difference between saying that black lives do matter and supporting the Black Lives Matter organization, a far-left neo-Marxist group.”
