Wanda/The Scarlet Witch is one the single most powerful human characters in all of Marvel comics. She can warp reality. This series will be tapping into powers that she has that has yet to be seen on screen. Also, this series leads into Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness film. All will be revealed in the series.

So she is Agatha Harkness. Everybody called that one right. Now who is she working with/for?

Well, no Nightmare, no Mephisto. Agatha was the big bad all along but it's because of her that Wanda comes into her full power. This is supposed to lead directly into Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, so I'm guessing that post credit scene of her hearing her kids calling for help while she's Astral Projecting and studying the Darkhold is gonna be the event that sets things into motion.
