ORLANDO, Fla. – Look out Cinderella, there’s a new castle in Central Florida.

The world’s largest White Castle has officially opened in Orlando.

The massive 4,567-square-foot restaurant is located in The Village at O-Town West at the intersection of Palm Parkway and Daryl Carter Parkway off Interstate 4.

Hundreds of fans of the chain’s famous hamburger sliders lined up, camping out overnight or arriving early Monday to be the first in line for the restaurant’s opening.

The location is now the largest White Castle in the world with indoor and outdoor seating and two drive-thru lanes.

“We do know we have lots of cravers throughout Florida & we figured we start in the center. The heart of it all and create the largest White Castle here in Central Florida,” Lisa Ingram, President & CEO said.

The new White Castle is located not far from the attractions.

Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings said the location is great as he expects more tourists to visit Central Florida this summer.

“The summer is just really a blockbuster summer for us our hotels and our conventions are going to be working at a record pace so I’m excited about what that will mean for our community,” Demings said.

White Castle brought 140 new jobs to Orange County and is the largest White Castle in the world.

Down the street from the restaurant, a new high school --Lake Buena Vista High School-- is set to open in August.

According to Orange County Public Schools, projected opening enrollment is approximately 1,300 without seniors.

“This is really exciting this whole area has been transformed because of the business activity and the willingness of investors to invest in this area, " Demings said.

Okay 'grease sponges of disgusting' made me literally LOL

But that doesn't change the fact that I'd rather have White Castle sliders over In 'N Out. Out of ALL the fast food I have ever had in my life, In 'N Out is the single most overrated crap I have ever had. [-(

All the fast food burger places I have eaten at personally:

Five Guys
Carl's Jr
Good Times (local chain)
Freddy's
Smashburger
Burger King
Jack in the Box
Wendy's
White Castle
McDonalds
In 'N Out

There's probably others that I'm forgetting, but that's most of them. The stuff in the middle is pretty interchangeable position-wise.

1. 5guys but I actually have to drive out of town to go there, so I rarely go
2. I went to a smashburger once I think, I remember it was pretty good
3. Wendy's

the last time I went to burger king it was such a disappointment I decided not to ever bother wasting my time there again

things like McDonalds dont even count as food
