I'd be really hard pressed to give up Chinese or Indian though, Vancouver has some great authentic restaurants for both (the various regional Chinese foods are fun to try).

My buddy's married to a chinawoman and my younger brother's girlfriend, same (:lol: as in also chinese :dance: ) My younger brother is a really good cook, whenever he wasnt working while over there, he was checking out all kinds of different foods. He'd find that odd side street alley with the old grandma cooking over a wok burning right in the damned street :lol:
