When 69-year-old Florida homeowner, James Clark came home from a doctor’s appointment to find a naked woman in his swimming pool he did what any normal bloke would do and called the police.

When the cops arrived, they found skinny-dipper Heather Kennedy, 42, still in the pool. She initially declined to get out of the water

She also refused to tell arresting officers her name "or explain why she was there", according to a police report. She was hostile to the deputies, and "requested for law enforcement to leave her alone".

Ms Kennedy. eventually agreed to get out of the pool, but then reportedly "struggled" with officers as they attempted to handcuff her.

While she still refused to give her name, officers at the Charlotte County Jail managed to identify Ms Kennedy from previous mugshots.

Appearing in court last month, Ms Kennedy pleaded "no contest" to the charges of trespassing and resisting arrest. A judge sentenced her to time she had already served in the Charlotte County jail and also handed her a fine of $320.

However, that wasn’t the end to Ms Kennedy’s offending, and just a few days after being fined for the bizarre July 19 skinny-dipping incident she was arrested again for breaking into a car.

The charges escalated to taking drug equipment into jail when officers detected a crack pipe that she had popped into her vagina for safekeeping.

As a result, Ms Kennedy is still being held in the Charlotte County jail in Punta Gorda.

It’s been a bad year for Ms Kennedy. Kennedy was convicted earlier this year for two drugs possession offences.

After a routine traffic stop, officers found that she had a substantial quantity of drugs, including morphine pills and marijuana, as well as crack and meth pipes.

Ms Kennedy denied that the drugs were hers, insisting they were in fact the property of "a male by the name of Crackhead Chris," according to a police report.
