It's 100 years after the first Cochrane flight and Bakula plays the son of a scientist who helped engineer the first warp drive engine. Humans feel that the Vulcans have been too restrictive with space flight knowledge and it's cool that humans like Bakula harbor a little prejudice against the Vulcans :lol:

IMO you want to ruin a sci-fi series, add a cutesy character. Like at that cook on Voyager...Felix or Nelix or Double Helix...whatever :lol: Voyager had 7 of 9 and all of the Borg holy crap moments, they didn't need to add any gheyness. Opening Enterprise episode had a light tone coupled with serious moments...I liked the references to older equipment on the ship :thumbsup:

I have 4 seasons so I'm in for the long haul :lol:

LANCE - The first season is a little rocky, some ghey acting in parts. Then by the end of season one, all of season two, the series really gets good.

Subtle references to tech/procedures that appear in later Star Trek series and some pretty damned good episodes featuring moral problems without having a prime directive...

I watched it. Wasn't very impressed tbh. I won't ruin it for those who haven't seen it yet by giving my critique, but, I won't be watching it again. (unless they start showing boobs)
