Joe Carroll has escaped supermax custody twice...came back from the dead often enough they could call him JC for other reasons :lol:

What bugged me the most is that Carroll kept trying to say that him and Ryan were the same and that influenced Ryan's decision at the end of last season.

ffs...Ryan works for the FBI and doesn't kill people arbitrarily and knows Joe's psyche better than anyone. If a guy like Joe had focused on me and my family and friends so intently...given the chance I would have plugged 6 rounds into his head just so I could sleep at night.
