Finally. I read a couple of books by John Douglas, one of the pioneers of Behavioral Profiling at Quantico. Mindhunter is one of his books.

This new series stays away from the Hollywood take on serial killers and focuses on how the department was initially formed at the FBI. Begins in the 70's and everything looks and sounds great.

Well, Fear the Walking Dead is rated TV-MA here in the States, so they are allowed to use that language if they want since they're on cable. Actually surprised it doesn't show up more often in shows rated TV-MA that are on regular cable :-k

I usually don't pay attention too much to the opening credits, but yeah, they just need to stick with the names of the regular cast and save the end credits for any of the 'guest stars' that appear in an episode.

It will be interesting to see how many survive the dam incident. If I had to guess, I would say that Nick, Salazar, and Proctor John survive. As for the other 2 in the boat, not sure who survives, if any, between Alicia and Strand.

I watched this Dahmer special. It was from an interview Nancy Glass did with him back in the day. Once you got past the 90's Current Affair type structure, Dahmer was refreshingly candid about his acts and part of his 'normalcy' was terrifying. One of his first statements - I am to blame for my actions. Not my parents, not the way I was raised, I wasn't bullied...I had a very normal childhood.

I just finished season 2 of Daredevil. It was a bit all over the place and a bit too convenient at times, especially in the last episode, but it was still pretty good. I'm hoping that season 3 will be a little more focused with the whole Hand thing taken care of in the Defenders series.

I think Jon Bernthal makes a pretty good Frank Castle... I'm kind of a Punisher fan boy anyway, so as long as he was better than Dolph Lundgren... which, to be honest, is not very hard to accomplish...

I still say they played Elektra a little too on the snobby side. Elodie's hot, but seriously, I just wanted Charlie Cox or Scott Glenn to punch her in the face.

I really liked Vincent D'Onofrio as Kingpin.

Woll is not a blonde. Sorry, but I'm too used to seeing her as a redhead to be convinced. Still bangin' hot though.

The fight scenes, oh the fight scenes...I loved Cox from Boardwalk Empire and wondered how he would handle the role. Did a great job. I liked Glenn and Woll, didn't like Froggy and thought his role was unnecessary. D'Onofrio was great as well.

Gotta love superheroes who make their own suits and they're crappy :lol:

Excellent King adaptation. Harry Treadaway (from Penny Dreadful) was suitably creepy as Brady Hartsfield and Brendan Gleeson was good as retired detective Bill Hodges.

Left off right where the first book in the trilogy ended. Violence and profanity were there as well.

I have a thing about Jesuits and Templar Knights, so I didn't want to watch something that ignores history on those subjects.

Black Mirror.

It's on Netflix. I saw it described the other day as "our generations twilight zone".

Each episode is its own story usually involving technology and how it can go extreme.

In my opinion. It's top 3 for me.. Breaking bad, Stranger things, Black mirror.

If you watch I would suggest S1 Ep1.. It's not necessary but technology shows up in later episodes that you wont be familiar with if you arent exposed to it early on.

Some episodes are better than others and may mean different things to different people.. It is definitely a show that makes you ponder and consider things..

Some episodes are down right fucked up, IMO.
