Yeah it was less than.But I liked the two scenes - Jesse partying his ass off and then the end shot of him when everyone had left (quite sad) and Walt trying to be Heisenberg walking across the street at night.

Jesse was shaking at the end of the episode.I think that he's street savvy enough to handle death in general.Remember he had to help Walt disintegrate that guy in season one? :lol: Saying that I believe that he accepts his own death, is even fatalistic about it judging by the 3 day bash he threw.Killing Gale shook him up and I think that's why it was such a predominant subject between the two seasons.When he initially shot at the end of season 3, I was sure he fired into the wall or elsewhere...not right into Gale's head.I can't recall Jesse outright killing someone for whatever reason previous to that ep.

I do agree with your take on Mike being loyal and I also think there's a little smattering of fear there too.Your last question is the key...how will Mike handle it? I think he'll keep his mouth shut for some reason...

When I first started watching it, I thought it was "X-files lite" in a single town, initially I was underwhelmed, but it kinda grew on me. I have The Colorado Kid in paperback laying around here somewhere and I can't for the life of me remember what it was really about so I guess I'll have to reread it, but that's why I started watching it: because I wanted to see what they were gonna do with one of Stephen King's stories. Most of them turn out to be shit, but this one was more of a mystery with supernatural elements rather than horror and I thought it would be kinda cool. Like I said, it grew on me.

And Emily Rose is kinda hot.

Could the series premiere have been better? Sure, but I definitely see the potential in the show and I will definitely give it a chance. I won't write a show off after one episode like a lot of people seem to do. Hell, I even gave Craprica 4 episodes before I stopped the pain that show was inflicting on me, and Haven is already a million times better than that show was :lol:

I initially thought the same with Supernatural in the first season.They seemed to do the same old same old every week, different monsters.

It wasn't until they started building a cohesive storyline, when I really got into it.That was a case of being glad I hung in there :thumbsup:

If you're going to be picky on the first episodes, try to remember that it's a drama/mystery/sci-fi/weird show...that's how it got the reputation.
There are plenty more WTF moments coming...

It's not a documentary ffs :lol: It's in the same vein as those shows...

All will be explained....and if you don't try and pick apart every little detail, you may just enjoy the experience :thumbsup:
Trust me, they will jump the shark 1000 times before you get to the end of 6 seasons.

The secondary premise is that a plane crashed on an island...where they crashed and maybe even why they crashed are the true questions of the show :shifty:

What I like most about Lost is the cinematography, the writing and the acting.They have some real emotional episodes along with some great mysteries :thumbsup:

It was all about moving to the cave and closer to the fresh water they found....seems like half the camp went to the cave and the other half stayed at the beach.

I really loved that show.It can be a bit of a slow burn at times and as we discussed, I don't want to give away anything.
The end of season 1 however...things will happen and that's what really starts the legend of Lost.Unfortunately you have

They canceled 'The Adventures of Jack Shit', it was crap in the ratings.

I watched (on tape) the second half of the Chelsea vs. Norwich City match. Crazy shit!
1. Didier Drogba knocked flat out cold during a leaping challenge with a Norwich City player...he was in the air, unconscious and sailing to the ground like a rag doll. Lies on the ground for several minutes before he is stretchered off, still knocked cold, with oxygen mask on his face.
2. Norwich City goalkeeper Ruddy red carded...yes, the 'keep was red carded.
3. Back up goalkeeper Rudd (as opposed to Ruddy) made his debut in a Premier League match...facing a penalty kick by Frank Lampard.
4. Lampard nails the penalty kick...Rudd looks stunned...welcome to the premier league kid.
5. Lukaku and Mata make their debut for Chelsea.
6. Eleven added minutes of penalty time...yes, eleven...
7. At the 100 minute mark, nearly to the second, Mata scores. Game ends one minute later, 3-1 Chelsea victorious.
