App themes - light or dark?

Are you a light kinda person or a dark kinda person? Personally, if an app offers a dark mode, I switch to it. I just find the dark themes to be easier on the eyes. At least for me.

Depends on the app. On my reader, I use a dark theme. On my phone and my tablet, I keep the blue light filters on and adjust brightness as needed

I have my phone set to automatically go light/dark mode for apps with the sunset. It's kinda nice seeing both when possible! I prefer dark in general though, provided it's done well. Some app halfass dark mode.
