A woman who is thought to have the "world's fattest vagina" has unveiled her latest round of plastic surgery procedures.
Mary Magdalene, 25, loves going under the needle so much so she's splashed a staggering £73,000 ($100,000) on her appearance.
While she's spent an eye-watering sum of money, the social media star shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.
In her recent round of cosmetic procedures, she's had her fourth nose job to create a "Barbie nose" and "cat-eye" surgery.
Documenting the process to her 59,100 Instagram followers, the American model flaunted her "new face".
She said in a short clip: "My top lip is still not f***ing moving at all from the surgery.
"It's still swollen from the nose surgery, so even talking is weird."
In the snap, she wore a T-shirt that covered her 38J breast implants as she listed all of her various cosmetic procedures.
She captioned the upload: "Next week I have my eyebrow transplant, jaw and lips booked then my face will be complete.
"I have to wear my nose Band-Aid for one more week but I already saw my nose yesterday without it and it looks perfect.
"It's a very fake-looking Barbie nose which is exactly what I asked for.
"So many surgeons said it was not possible for me to have this type of nose because of my three prior nose jobs."

It has been reported Mary flew to Russia for the surgeries because she was unable to get the operations in the US.
She admitted earlier this month she was concerned the Russia and Ukraine tensions could impact her trip.
The plastic surgery fan underwent her first cosmetic procedure at 21 when she was working as a stripper and escort.
Just last September, the model joked her genitals "look like female testicles" after her procedures.
Speaking to porn star Adam Grandmason on his No Jumper podcast, she confessed her desires left her looking odd down there.

Over the years, her surgeries have included a brow lift, fat transfers, veneers, liposuction, butt injections and three Brazilian butt lifts.
She's also had multiple nose and boob jobs.
Meanwhile, in a previous interview, Mary explained that she almost lost her life.
She explained how during an operation she lost a lot of blood, before having an allergic reaction to a blood transfusion.
But she admitted: "I'm going to keep just growing it, I'm going to get injections."
