A MAN allegedly refused to unclench his buttocks to cops and made violent threats while concealing cocaine.
Paul Lamont, 38, pleaded not guilty to refusing to comply with the drug search, threatening behaviour and drug possession when he appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court earlier this month.
Court papers allege Mr Lamont, of Laigh Baidland Farm, Dalry, refused to comply with instructions and repeatedly clenched his buttocks in an alleged attempt to conceal an item on January 17 at Kilmarnock Police Station.
It’s alleged he also shouted, swore, behaved aggressively to officers while threatening violence and was allegedly also in possession of cocaine.
Mr Lamont pleaded not guilty to the three charges.
Bail was granted and he will return to court at a later date.
