A company is giving its employees paid masturbation breaks in special virtual reality “wank pods”.
Stripchat – an adult website and social network – is behind this unusual work perk.
The company, which has around 200 employees, has introduced the four high-tech pods kitted out with “masturbatory accessories” at its offices in Cyprus.
The pods will come equipped with an Oculus Quest VR headset and 4K LED screen, to enjoy live VR adult cams in the best way possible, as well as lotion, lube and tissues.
Employees will get to enjoy a 30-minute break to masturbate during work hours, as the company said it aims to "provide current and attract new employees with a safe, comfortable space to rub one out".

After their construction is complete, the custom pods will appear as large black spheres with a chair inside for the user to sit back and relax in.
Stripchat is also offering other companies the opportunity to lease out its pods for up to $50,000 (£37,500) for six months, including adding a VIP subscription to its platform.
In May last year, a female boss wanted to help her employees relieve some lockdown stress by giving them daily masturbation breaks.

Indie adult filmmaker Erika Lust introduced this scheme with the aim of helping her 36 workers feel less “agitated” during the pandemic.
The erotic director, who runs Barcelona-based company Erika Lust Films, even set-up a private “masturbation station” for staff members to do their thing in the office.
