A plus size model has demanded Delta Airlines "sort out" the seatbelts on its passenger planes and made a TikTok video showing how her belt is too short.
Remi Bader @remibader has more than 2 million followers on TikTok and uses the platform to advocate for curvier women.
In the clip, posted on Sunday (March 20), Remi shows a seatbelt that appears to be several inches too short to go around her midriff and ensure her safety on the flight.
"Delta. Figure it out," she wrote on the screen.
Tagging the company in the caption, Remi added: "And no I shouldn't need to ask for an extender. It should just be easy!"
Many people in the comments section agreed with the model, although commenting has since been disabled.
One user said: "Yes why is asking for an extender even a thing just make the belts more accommodating."
A second person wrote: "Eeek. Everyone praises Delta too. Being a size 14 should not warrant an extension".
"This is such a traumatic experience. I was too embarrassed to ask for an extender when it happened to me," someone else revealed.

Delta’s seatbelts range in size from 40 to 45 inches according to travel reviewer The Points Guy.
Seatbelt extenders typically add 25 inches to the seatbelt but, as many people have said in the comments on Remi's video, they find it humiliating to request one and it makes them feel singled-out.
Daily Star has approached Delta for comment via an online form.

On its website, Delta suggests larger passengers might want to purchase an "extra seat" and warns they could be asked to take another flight if they take up room on a neighbouring passenger's seat.
It says: "Delta does not require a passenger who needs a seatbelt extender or is unable to lower the armrest to purchase an additional seat.
"However, please be aware that if a passenger impedes on another passenger, they may be asked to move to another location that provides additional space, or in the event of a full flight, be asked to take a later flight with available seating."
