The Jaguars beat up the Titans in Tennessee a little less than a month ago. Another division game, the Titans might be looking for a little payback. The Jaguars are slightly better at home than they are on the road, but the Titans are slightly better on the road. I wanna pick the Jags, but I feel like this one will be decided by a field goal.
