A couple have been arrested after their huge cocaine stash fell from a fake pregnancy belly being worn by the woman.
Anthony Miller and Cemeka Mitchem are facing cocaine trafficking charges after being pulled over by Anderson County Sheriff’s Office deputies in South Carolina, US.
Police said they stopped the car during a "proactive patrol" and started to become suspicious when the two suspects provided "conflicting information" about the seemingly pregnant woman's due date.
Realising the officers were getting suspicious, Mitchem decided to make a dash for freedom. However, as she sprinted from the car more than 1.5kg of cocaine fell out of the rubber pregnancy pouch.

"Very quickly drugs fell from the fake rubber stomach," police said.
Police managed to grab both her and the contraband, arresting Miller and Mitchem on April 12.
According to county inmate records, both were denied bond and are yet to have been released.
Anderson County Sheriff’s Office also shared an image of one of the officers wearing the fake baby bump posing alongside the seized cocaine and an Interstate 85 road sign (the road on which the couple were pulled over).

Miller and Mitchem were arrested on April 12
Interstate 85, a major highway in South Carolina, has been the site of several major drug busts so far this year.
WYFF4 reported that a man was arrested on the road in February after allegedly trafficking more than 400g of cocaine. Another bust in March saw a whopping 49kg of gear seized by police.
Another duo were caught with more than 21kg of cocaine during a traffic stop on Interstate 85 last month.
