As an honorary American visitor who has experienced Thanksgiving, happy Thanksgiving!

Funnily enough about 90% of the participants of the conference in Portugal that I just finished were Americans. I hear it has been a complete nightmare for them travelling home!

sucks not having my boy and his fiancee around this year tho....job sich sucked so bad here in CT they moved west coast where her fam is for some better job prospects

she made Cherry Garcia cookies this thanksgiving...
vanilla cookies with some chocolate chips, and a fkn cherry cordial to top off the middle of it

I keep telling her she needs to open her own bake shop, she's extremely creative and has such a good grasp of ingredient

Lemon Blondies:
“Fudge” topping:
*1 can of condensed milk
*1 bag of white chips (16 oz)

1 tsp Lemon zest/juice/limoncello

Blondies:

½ cup butter salted or unsalted, melted and cooled down
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 eggs at room temperature
2 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest/sugar
1 cup GF flour sifted (king Arthur)
¼ teaspoon salt
You can make the blueberry topping by adding a simple blueberry purée
There is my recipe for the lemon Blondies, you can use regular flour
