Listening is easy. Download and install Winamp (free player), then click this link the Traveling Road Show (http://roadwarrior.kicks-ass.org). Click on the "Listen" button.

Good question, Hal. It's an .aacPlus stream which allows you to listen at 48kbps with decent quality. If you can find a plugin for WMP (or your browser for that matter), give it a try!
