This is gonna sound kinda gay, but buy a jump rope. Learn to do high steps while jumping rope (Basically running in place and getting your knees up as high as you can). If you can do that everyday for 10-15 minutes straight at a pace that makes you sweat, you'll more than likely lose some weight over time. Yes, you'll feel like an idiot, and yes, you'll probably get bored with it, but it's a rather simple thing that most anybody whose legs work can do.

I was taken to this tiny, dirty hole in the wall place by a Chinese friend of mine. She said it was the best Asian food in the city. They literally had things hanging in the window that were skinned :lol: and the tables (all 4 of them) we so close together, I could barely walk between them.

Anywho....for about 3 dollars I got two dishes of rice and pork, rice and some mystery meat and the plates were so big I couldn't finish them. She spoke Mandarin to the waitress and the other workers just smiled when I talked to them :lol:

I was the only round eye in there and I swear, the best Asian food I've ever eaten. I think our total bill was 9 dollars
