True Blood's Evan Rachel Wood lost a tooth while partying in Paris on Tuesday night, her rep confirms to Us Weekly.
As first reported at TMZ, the actress hit a nightclub in the French city and, amid a dancing frenzy, was accidentally elbowed in the mouth by another reveler.
The star, currently promoting her film Ides of March and miniseries Mildred Pierce around the world, has already met with a dentist for a replacement. On Wednesday, the day after her dental emergency, Wood celebrated her 24th birthday.
