Weird weather day yesterday...it was 2° (-17C) when I left for work yesterday and then the winds came, strong gusty winds, but they were really warm. By mid-morning the temp zoomed up to 60° (16C) and the wind kept blowing, steady at about 20 mph with gusts in some areas of the city reaching 80, 90, and 100 mph. And because of that warm wind, the 9" of snow in my back yard was all gone in less than 12 hours. Nothing but a total mud pit in my back yard because all that water had no place to go. :wha:

Jez was giving me a hard time one day after I told him about a 2 hour commute through hell to work....about a foot of snow on top of black ice....there were over 200 fender benders that day, within 6 hours.

So he's calling me this and that and then after a few questions he admits that he doesn't drive, doesn't have a job and takes the bus to school every day...after walking 3 minutes to the transit stop.
