Don't expect to see Maroon 5's Adam Levine crooning on "The O'Reilly Factor" any time soon.
"Dear Fox News, don't play our music on your evil f*cking channel ever again. Thank you," the singer and "The Voice" mentor tweeted on Wednesday.
The outspoken singer, who previously tweeted about listening to "'90s hip hop" and celebrity names, did not indicate which show or song use had triggered the outburst. His comments drew a pair of tweeted responses from Fox News' Greg Gutfeld and Andy Levy, hosts of the channel's late-night show, "Red Eye."
"Dear adam, That's not music," Gutfeld wrote, while Levy tweeted, "Dear @AdamLevine, don't make crappy f*cking music ever again. Thank you."
It wasn't the first time Levine had used his Twitter page to attack a TV network. In August, he blasted MTV over its Video Music Awards, tweeting, "The VMA's. one day a year when MTV pretends to still about music," and concluding with an expletive.
CBS, however, is still on his good side: Maroon 5 will perform on the network's "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" on Nov. 29 along with "The Voice" colleague Cee Lo Green and Kanye West.
