The judge handling Lindsay Lohan's probation violation matter, has indicated that she is ready to sentence the actress to approximately 30 days behind bars, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Lindsay will formally admit to the probation violation Wednesday morning at the LAX Airport Courthouse, for failure to appear on multiple occasions at her court ordered community service at the Downtown Women’s Center in connection with her theft case.
"Judge Stephanie Sautner has conveyed to the City Attorney, DA, and Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Holley that she is leaning towards sentencing Lindsay to 30 days behind bars. Lindsay will be remanded into custody immediately, and because of jail overcrowding, she will be out in about 6-7 days. Lindsay most likely WON'T be released on house arrest," a source connected to the case tells RadarOnline.com.
Lindsay's rep, Steve Honig had no comment on this story.
