Taylor Swift now has the world's most adorable roadie.

The cat-loving singer introduced her new feline friend on Twitter on Thursday, posting a photo of the wide-eyed kitty curled up on a blanket.

"Hanging out with my new roommate, Meredith," Swift wrote, prompting a famous (and equally cat-obsessed) pal, Katy Perry, to ask, "OH MY GOSH. Is this kitty for real?!?!"

Swift has spent the past few days posting photos of adorable Meredith – and Perry has followed the updates closely.

"I want to cuddle that kitten so hard!" Perry wrote in response to a picture of Meredith. But the lovefest didn't stop there. She added: "Miss u :) K.I.T!"
