She wouldn't go in to a nail salon with perfect / matching nails and toes... she'd have no reason to be there. But say she was going out that night and wanted to wear open toed shoes, she would need the mani and pedi to match perfectly!

That and the fact that when she's walking with her back to the salon entrance with car keys in hand pushing the unlock button, they are red.
