Oh Canadians: Check your milk.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning people not to consume a certain brand of milk that may be contaminated with cleaning products.

Neilson Trutaste 2% Microfiltered Partly Skimmed Milk, with a best before date of Feb. 12, 2012, is being recalled by manufacturer Saputo Inc. of Montreal, Que.

The milk is sold in 4 litre bags

I don't normally post food recall notices such as this one, because here in America they happen all the fucking time. However, I do not know how well this sort of information is disseminated in Canada and thought you might like to know.

We used to have bags years ago but they discontinued it in our part of the world.Now we have the typical (?) cardboard cartons.

I don't remember seeing milk in bag in my lifetime (Unless you are talking about "fun bags" :lol: )

We had them here.Kinda tough to work with because the milk was filled pretty high in the bags and when you snipped the corner off you inevitably had an accident....and you needed the special holder too.

We have them here and that's what I buy... with the holder it's easy to use and pour.

Also never seen this brand... must be a back-east thing.
