14-year-old makes himself a human speed bump, gets run over, legs broken.

BRANDON -- What appears to be an ill-advised stunt puts a 14-year-old Bloomingdale High School student in Tampa General Hospital.
Hillsborough deputies say that when school let out Tuesday, Dylan Torrie decided to lie down in front of a Jeep Grand Cherokee whose driver was waiting to get out of the student parking lot, as a joke. Then the Jeep rolled forward and ran over his legs. Torrie's in stable condition at TGH.
No charges filed against the driver, 16-year-old Kelsey Frye, who also attends Bloomingdale. The Hillsborough School Board plans to review the incident.
