A man alleged to have tried to force his way inside an Issaquah drive-thru coffee stand after masturbating outside of it has been charged with indecent exposure.

It’s not the first time Samuel K. McDonough has found himself behind bars on such allegations – he exposed himself to a passer-by on an Issaquah street in 2008, and previously pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor indecent exposure charges.

This time around, King County prosecutors contend McDonough, 31, accosted two women working at the Big Foot Java stand in the 700 block of Northwest Gilman Boulevard.

At 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 2, Issaquah officers were called to the coffee stand after the baristas reported a man “jacking off” outside.

According to charging documents, McDonough, a Preston resident, bought a coffee and then asked to use the restroom. When the workers opted not to let him in, he began blowing them kisses.

McDonough then sat outside the stand, lowered his pants and began masturbating, the employees told police. McDonough, they said, then tried to force his way into the stand.

“I’ve never been so scared in my life,” one of the women told police, according to court documents. The other said the incident left her “feeling sick to (her) stomach and overwhelmingly violated.”

Officers arrived when McDonough was still in the area and arrested him. McDonough allegedly admitted he acted “inappropriately” and “shouldn’t have done it,” but did not directly admit to masturbating in front of the women.

Writing the court, an Issaquah detective noted McDonough began masturbating again once he was placed into a holding cell at the city police station.

McDonough was previously sentenced to two years in prison for indecent exposure following a 2008 incident. He was also convicted of misdemeanor indecent exposure in 2006 and 2011.

Charged with felony indecent exposure, he remains jailed on $50,000 bail.

Why the hell wont they send this dude to get some help? I mean, he clearly has a few screws too loose since this is not the first time he's been caught doing this kind of shit.

Also, interesting thing with the reporter's name. The last name "Pulkkinen" is as Finnish as they get.
