Vanessa Hudgens is once again facing down the years-old naked pictures—the ones that got her into hot water with Disney nearly four years ago—after some unhelpful person posted more selections from the same misguided photo shoot online.

But this time, she apparently had her lawyer on speed dial.

"Vanessa is deeply upset and angered that these old photos, which were taken years ago, continue to resurface," attorney Christopher Wong said in a statement obtained by E! News.

"It is particularly disturbing that whoever got hold of these private photos seems to be intent on illegally leaking them out over a long period of time. We are actively working with law enforcement to determine who is responsible and hold them accountable for their actions."

Of all the beastly things to come back to haunt a starlet...

"It's screwed up that someone screwed me over like that. At least some people are learning from my mistakes," Hudgens told Allure in 2009.

Unfortunately, it's a lesson that a new generation of fans gets to now learn for the first time.

A second round of naked photos featuring Vanessa Hudgens have surfaced on various websites this morning -- and these photos are WAY more graphic than the other ones.

Sources connected to Vanessa tell TMZ the photos were taken from the same batch that were released several years ago featuring the actress ... fully nude.

As TMZ previously reported, Vanessa sued the owners of a website back in 2009 for posting the first round of nude pics. The lawsuit stated that the photos were obtained by "unknown methods" and posted without Hudgens' "knowledge or consent."

Sources tell us ... Vanessa believes whoever is doing this "has it out for her" because the release of these photos in dribs and drabs coincides with her movie releases.

Vanessa's new movie "Sucker Punch" is coming out later this month.

As for taking the pics in the first place, one well informed source tells TMZ, "Trust me ... Vanessa has learned her lesson."

I've seen the censored versions of some of these new pics, and they are terrible quality. Definitely more graphic, but she must have smeared lube on the lens of her camera phone, cuz the quality sucks. As for the age thing, I think her handlers tried to use that excuse before as a tool to keep sites from running them. The under 18 thing was untrue, and you can find those pics all over the net. I sincerely doubt any webmaster or host would risk the smackdown if there was any true evidence showing she was underage when the pics were taken. Her handlers are trying to use that again, and I doubt it will carry much weight this time either. I do respect Lance's decision though. It is afterall his hiney on the line.
