Zephyrhills, Fla. -- A Michigan man was arrested Sunday after he was seen running around without pants a block from two schools.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, an officer was called to the area of 8th Street and Henry Drive after witnesses saw 49-year-old Jeffrey Scott Oklad running down a dirt path.
When the officer arrived he found Oklad laying in a parking lot completely nude from the waist down.
Oklad was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs.
Henry Drive and 8th Street is located a block from Zephyrhills High School, Woodland Elementary and the Zephyrhills Police Department.
