Family is outraged; wants home shut down

57 year old Larry Clement a former employee of the HH Birkenkamp Funeral Home in west Toledo was arrainged on charges of abusing a corpse today in Toledo Municipal Court.
A worker from the H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home on Tremainsville Road in west Toledo was arrested on charges that he sexually abused a dead woman's body. Police say Clement allegedly touched the private parts of a dead woman, who was awaiting funeral services at the funeral home and that another employee walked in on Clement in the act. To make matters worse Family members say the funeral home even offered free services if the family did not call the police.
Clement is out of jail Friday afternoon after his $50,000 bond was posted. Famlily members are not satisfied by Clements firing, the want the funeral home shut down.
