In WA we have a "CYCLE"..... fuel changes price depending on the day of the week. Cheapest is Mondays and then can jump $0.25 - $0.30 on Tuesday and gradually decrease each day until the next Monday..... We are being taken for a ride and the government doesn't give ashbit because it is making a fortune on tax.

We're down to $0.90/L which is about $2.40/G in USD. Hasn't been this cheap since 2008. I'm going to check prices for that Hummer H1 I've always wanted :lol:

Gas is spiking again...up 20¢ per gallon overnight again. It was down to about $1.75/gallon here for quote awhile and this morning the 2 stations closest to my house were at $2.19/gallon this morning.

In the 47 days since Uncle Joe became President, the price of regular unleaded has gone from just over $2/gallon to almost $3/gallon, and at the rate it's going up, it will probably cross the $3/gallon threshold in about a week. So the price of filling my truck up every week has gone from around $28 to $42 :cheers:

It's nothing to do with politics - demand is increasing worldwide and the Saudis are playing games that is pushing the price upwards. Over here it has also increased and today is average price of $1.224 across the metro area of Perth. Today is the cheapest day of the week and will likely top $1.60 tomorrow.

For the Americans here a gallon = 4.54 litres i.e. $5.56 per gallon AUD or $4.24 USD....>

my car has a 72 litre tank so $88 to fill from empty.

How do you figure? I have to drive back and forth regardless of the price of fuel, the same as millions of people every single day. Pretty sure more expensive fuel isn't any better for the environment than less expensive fuel.

I passed a garage his morning and it is $1.699 :shock:

Paid $3.059 yesterday, but that was with my discount from my loyalty card, the posted price was $3.169 and that was already the cheapest station I could find nearby. Coming to work this morning that same station had jumped up to $3.249/gallon in just 12 hours. Still cost me $42 to fill up and I still had a little more than a 1/4 tank left.

I get gas so seldom I dont usually remember what the price is from time to time. I think its about $3.30 here right now, but Labor Day weekend it was a dollar more

$47 to fill up yesterday, and that was with my $0.10/gallon discount. Creeping up towards that $50 mark to fill my tank....just for gas just to go to work.
