A strip club in Palm Beach County is offering upcoming high school grads a "non-traditional" work experience.

The sign out front of the Emperors Gentlemen’s Club says "Now Hiring The Class of 2012."

And while it’s got some residents and parents a little irked, General Manager Mack Cooper says between 25 and 40 percent of his dancers are actually paying for their college through their work.

"With the economy as bad as it is, you give me a better option," Cooper says. "Girls can come in, have fun doing what they're doing and be able to make a very decent amount of money."

And it's not just dancers Cooper is looking to hire, but also bartenders, waitstaff and hostesses.

Cooper adds that only 2012 grads who have already turned 18 are welcome to apply for a job.
