No, that's a vehicle key. Some of the newer Dodge, Ford and I'm sure more expensive vehicles don't have the traditional metal key.

I dunno about Toyotas. I do know that I rent a lot of vehicles. First time i ran across a key like this was about a year ago on a new Dodge Pickup. It feels weird when you turn it in the ignition, like it's gonna break.

Hmm, just went and looked. Actually, most Range Rover key fobs look either like a volkswagen ( where the metal part flips out from the side like a switch blade) or they look like a leather strap with a metal band at the end, almost like an old style money clip.
