HOBE SOUND, Fla. -- A Jupiter man accused of intentionally urinating on a woman in a bathroom and of pushing her was jailed, according to recently released Martin County Sheriff's records.
Kenneth Lee Timmer, 41, was arrested on a battery charge May 19 after deputies went to Hobe Village Mobile Home Park on Southeast Federal Highway in Hobe Sound.
Investigators spoke with a 27-year-old woman who had on a "white tank top that was wet and had a rank smell," a report states.
Timmer and the woman are acquaintances. He was at her home visiting her roommate, and all were imbibing.
The 27-year-old woman said Timmer entered the bathroom before she was done using it and they started to quarrel.
"Timmer began urinating in the toilet then turned and began urinating on (the woman)," a report states. "The urine struck (the woman) in the chest area."
People generally object to being struck in the chest with urine.
The woman ran from the bathroom and called 911. Timmer is accused of pushing her against the wall while trying to grab the phone.
Timmer, who appeared intoxicated and denied doing anything, sported shorts wet with urine. Urine also was on the bathroom floor.
A more widely known urination situation came in 1982 when legendary heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne was arrested after relieving himself while reportedly intoxicated near The Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, according to widely published reports.
