UTICA, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Utica man was caught going on a drunken joyride--but he wasn't behind the wheel of a car.
55-year-old Raymound Kulma was pulled over while cruising on a stolen motorized wheelchair.
The arrest was made near a senior living complex where Kulma got into an argument with James Konkel, who owns the chair.
Police said Kulma's blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit, and this was his seventh offense.
His drunk driving charges date back to 1984.
His license was suspended four times, revoked twice and he hasn't had a valid license since 1993.
The wheelchair has since been returned to Konkel.
