Would you like to supersize that order, sir?

A 36 year old former soldier and sailor has been sentenced to just over 21 years in prison for selling child porn videos through the drive through of a north side Wendy's, 1200 WOAI's Michael Board reports from the federal courthouse.

"They would come through the drive through and say the code word and he would place the little SD card in the box of French fries," Assistant U.S. Attorney Tracy Thompson told 1200 WOAI news. "It kinda gives new meaning to the term, 'would you like fries with that'?"

Thompson says Juan Rosa would download child pornography off the Internet and would sell it to people who came through his drive through window and gave him a pre arranged code word.

"It is one of the few cases where he is actually trying to make a profit by exploiting these children even further," Thompson said.

Thompson, who specializes in prosecuting child porn cases, says most defendants simply download or access the material for their own personal use, which is also a felony.

Rosa told the judge that Post Traumatic Stress Disorder he suffers from his military service prompted him to download and sell child pornography.

It wasn't the only case of forbidden material being sold at an area restaurant to come before the federal court.

Michael reports Ernest Zapata was sentenced to five years in prison for selling heroin over the counter at 'Annas's Cafe' on East Houston Street.

The feds say Zapata would store the heroin in the freezer, and would provide the drug to diners who asked for it. Prosecutors say four pounds of high quality heroin was being sold each month at 'Anna’s Cafe,' adding about half a million bucks to the restaurant's profit each month.

Four other men, including Zapata's son in law, were also sentenced in the scheme.
