There's a damn good chance Terrell Owens will be sentenced to JAIL if he once again blows off his child support hearing in Atlanta on Thursday ... but T.O. didn't seem to care this weekend because there was a BEACH PARTY in Malibu!!
Smiling like he wasn't $20k behind in child support payments, Owens took off his shirt and posed up with "Dancing with the Stars" pro Derek Hough and "Extra" host Maria Menounos at the Chapstick Beach House.
Just a few days before the party, Owens got himself into some hot water with an ATL judge after no-showing at a child support hearing. Owens allegedly owes $20k in back payments to the mother of his 7-year-old daughter.
Terrell's lawyer took responsibility for his client's no show -- blaming it on a simple miscommunication. But according to reports, the judge was PISSED and has threatened to lock up the former NFL star if he misses the next hearing, scheduled for Thursday July 19.
