I hate physio. I had to visit one just after coming back from England. We were walking an insane amount each day and at the end of some days my left hip would tingle and one day it felt like it was on fire. All stemming from my back so my physio found out. Sam (Samantha), my physiotherapist, set it right eventually but at first, whoah nelly, it hurt!

And I have a very high tolerance for pain. This is good sometimes, but bad mostly because I only complain when it's REALLY bad. I found this out when I broke my wrist at 19 and calmly went to my Dr. and showed him. He said I should be in major pain considering where the break was and how badly I broke it. And about a year later when I cracked a rib and didn't report it until the next morning. It didn't hurt a bit, but I ended up collapsing in my hallway.

guy is super knowledgeable about pain and people's bodies...I like caregivers who have that skill. Dude was 10 times more intelligent about my image results and associated pain compared to the doctor I saw...


not sure how many more physio appointments I can handle though...this guy mean bidness

Problem is windows xp likes to automatically defragment when the comp is idle and over time it writes critical files to sketchy parts of the drive.

I had the thing cranked to 15 and my leg was bouncing around, my fillings in my teeth were aching....he comes back to check on me and yells - Hey, don't crank it to the max you'll hurt yourself!!!

Think i'll be pretty much doing zero! Working tomorrow morning then gonna pop up to my mates garage for a coffee and a chat........ nothing else planned thankfully! Spent too much money the last few weeks, new PC, deposit for the darts exhibition plus a few other things. Not short of money as such but with christmas just round the corner i'll be having a few more quiet weekends :) Have to go see a couple of people at the Club at some point too though so i might manage to sneak in a couple of pints 8-[
