Josh came strutting in in full uniform with a big smile on his face and announces "hey ladies"! The girls went wild thinking someone got them a stripper, Josh walked over and started chatting them up, a couple minutes later it dawned on them that he was a real cop pulling a gag on them!
Needless to say the whole place was roaring with laughs. :lol:

It has been for years, management has been informed of it in the past as well and it was ignored. Now the shop asshole decided to panic about it for no reason and has blocked off the door with cones for "safety".

It's ridiculous really, the odds of the plate coming down this minute,week,month and even this year are really low. Like I said we have been keeping an eye on it for years but still using the door.

He (the self appointed shop foreman) saw me move the cones yesterday to bring a car in as the aisle was blocked to use the other end of the building. I'm pretty sure he ran up to the office and/or called corporate on me.

The metal support plate at the top of the garage door (main access door) at the front of the building is corroded. It has been for years, management has been informed of it in the past as well and it was ignored. Now the shop asshole decided to panic about it for no reason and has blocked off the door with cones for "safety".

It's ridiculous really, the odds of the plate coming down this minute,week,month and even this year are really low. Like I said we have been keeping an eye on it for years but still using the door.

He (the self appointed shop foreman) saw me move the cones yesterday to bring a car in as the aisle was blocked to use the other end of the building. I'm pretty sure he ran up to the office and/or called corporate on me.

If he made an independent decision and he has no authority over you, they certainly should not hold you accountable for ignoring him and trying to do your job.
