It's ok, they basically told me what they want done and leave me alone to do it.
My boss did tell me yesterday that when I was there before he'd worry about how he was going to staff the jobs that kept popping up and that he'd call me and in a couple of hours, I'd have the welders lined up, their travel plans, lodging, rental car etc ready.
They aren't doing those kinds of jobs any more and the only people they send out are a couple of welders or electrical techs at the time so they don't need me for that.

What I'm basically doing is building maintenance. The owner is somewhat of a hoarder and he's letting me throw away all the junk that has accumulated and wants me to "make it pretty".
I'm still looking for something else because they aren't paying me very well right now but glad to have it until something better comes along.

Nahhh, I'm not going to bother. I got a quote for 200$ on the window which was quite a bit lower than I expected. My deductible on my comprehensive insurance is 500$ so it's not worth it.

Door window? Depending on the type of car they really aren't hard to change, A lot of the newer cars are just two bolts, no adjustments. You could get a boneyard glass and do it in your drive in about 30 minutes.
