Pretty sure it's the time difference mainly, because this time of day, I'm used to already being at work, whereas here, I'm going to be going to bed in a few hours. I've been talking with my wife each evening here until about 11pm, then getting up at 5am. Going to make it a short talk tonight and see if that helps. Try to be asleep before 10pm
